If something is not quite right you have up to 30 days to send back your items back to us for a refund.

You may request an exchange for an alternative size of the same product subject to stock availability*.

*If no stock of the requested size is available at the time of processing your exchange a refund will automatically be processed.

Items must be returned to us in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their original tags attached with packaging. We reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not returned to us in their original condition.

 

To complete your return, we require you to return the items with your order number. If requesting an exchange include details of replacement item and your address.

 

Refunds (If applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. You will be notified when this has been completed.

 

The cost of the return is your responsibility and keep hold of any proof of postage until you have received your exchange or refund.

 

Please note, returns can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to be received and processed.
